Guided surgery and instant prosthesis
Main Article Content
Abstract
With the constant advancement of technology, countless treatments have been simplified in all areas of medicine. In implantology, thanks to this, the technique of guided surgery has been refined and through this the immediate rehabilitation of the patient at the end of the surgery. The purpose of this paper is to describe the diagnostic, surgical and prosthetic protocol for treatment with implants using the technique of guided surgery and instant loading. Guided surgery and immediate implant loading are a new comprehensive approach to patient rehabilitation. With this technique we achieve minimally invasive surgery and instantaneous rehabilitation, we manage to reduce the number of interventions, with the least surgical trauma that it entails. This technique is highly precise, thus allowing dental implant surgery to be faster, more predictable and less traumatic. Through this work we want to provide those interested with a reference material in case they want to carry out this technique.
