Abstract

Chronic kidney disease affects about 10% of the world’s population. In Paraguay, the CKD was in the shadows for people without resources and without guidance who died from the consequences of blood poisoning that occurs due to the malfunction of the kidneys. The intra and inter individual variability of certain analytes in people with pathologies is very unstable, so it is important to quantify and standardize. The importance is based on the fact that the reference value of change was determined from of the biological variation of the Paraguayan population and can be incorporated into laboratory systems as a function called delta check. An analytical design with a quantitative approach was used, the study population consisted of 18 subjects of both genders, respecting the pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical phases, the average age of the subjects was 60 ± 29 years. In the statistical analysis, the Excel 2016 program was used, obtaining as a result of urea CVI 57% and CVG 61% in pre hemodialysis and in post hemodialysis CVI 43% and CVG 39%, creatinine CVI 71% and CVG 73% in pre hemodialysis and in post hemodialysis CVI 29% and CVG 27% post hemodialysis, sodium CVI 94% and CVG 96% in pre hemodialysis and in post hemodialysis CVI 6% and CVG 4%, potassium CVI 45% and CVG 49% in pre hemodialysis and post hemodialysis hemodialysis CVI 55% and CVG 51%, chlorides CVI 93% and CVG 2% in pre hemodialysis and in post hemodialysis CVI 7% CVG 98%, ionic calcium CVI 92% and CVG 78% in pre hemodialysis and post hemodialysis CVI 92% and CVG 22% and serum calcium CVI 80% and CVG 82% in pre hemodialysis and in post hemodialysis CVI 20% and CVG 18%.
