Nivel de desempeño de los recursos humanos del Hospital Distrital Inmaculada Concepción de la ciudad de Caaguazú

Abstract

It was carried out at the Inmaculada Concepción District Hospital of the City of Caaguazú, in the months of September to December 2020, with the aim of measuring the effectiveness of the human resources (HR) of the Inmaculada Concepción District Hospital through an evaluation of performance. Data collection from officials was carried out using a survey and interview modality form used by the Ministry of Public Health and Social Welfare (MSPyBS). The total population is 120 officials from different areas of the Hospital, as a sample 40 of them have been taken. The results obtained gave us that it frequently goes beyond the required 63% in terms of volume and quantity of jobs; quite accurate in their work 55% in terms of accuracy, care and order in the work performed; On the other hand, in the area of job knowledge, 43% report that they need training; 48% normally collaborate; 50% indicate good intuition and perception capacity; in the creative area 43% sometimes present suggestions and 50% carry out and put into practice new ideas with satisfactory ability.
